  1. Each order can be shipped only to a single address, which is specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders.
  2. We make our best effort to ensure that each item in your order is shipped out within 1 working day of the order date. However, in some cases it may take up to 3 or more working days during festivals, sales or when there are other mitigating circumstances.
  3. Orders are processed 7 days a week.
  4. To ensure that your order reaches you swiftly and safely, Alcazar uses only reputable courier partners.
  5. While Alcazar attempts to ship all items in a single order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability.
  6. All orders are shipped with an invoice from BS Creations. In case you don't receive an invoice, you may submit a ticket by filling out this simple form at [email protected]
  7. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to arrive.
  8. A shipping confirmation with your tracking ID will be sent to you after the product has been dispatched. 
  9. The payment method that is available is the prepaid option only. Alcazar does not provide COD service at this point. 
  10. If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact Alcazar Customer Service immediately. You can reach out to us at [email protected] .in with your order ID and images of the product. Alcazar will dispatch a replacement or initiate a refund immediately.
  11. If you believe that the packaging of your order has been tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to take delivery of the package and submit a ticket at  [email protected]  mentioning your order ID. Alcazar will dispatch a replacement or initiate a refund immediately.

Alcazar Refund & Replacement Policy

Alcazar will provide a refund or replacement only if one is requested within 7 day of the receipt of your order and only under the conditions listen below.

  1. Delayed delivery of the product In case the product is not received, you can cancel the order and the full amount will be refunded back to the you within 14 working days. (Alcazar is not responsible for delays in refund processing because of delays caused by banks, calamities or national holidays).
  2. Wrong product received
  3. Damaged product received
    Under conditions 2 & 3, we will arrange for a reverse-pickup. The refund or replacement will only be processed upon receipt & verification of the complete product with packaging & accessories. The cost of any missing or damaged items (including the box) apart from those notified by you, will be debited from the advance payment done & the remaining payment will be refunded. If a replacement is demanded, then the cost of any missing items need to be paid in advance, prior to the shipment of the replacement product Under no condition will a refund or replacement be provided for any defect-free product, on the basis of look & feel or minor differences in shades, colours or sound quality.

Cancellation Policy

  1. You can cancel your order any time before the delivery.
  2. If the item has not been delivered, you may cancel the order by refusing delivery.
  3. Your refund process will be initiated after we receive the original product from the courier.
